What does it mean to be on the med log and how much longer might I be waiting for the appointment to get medically cleared?

I managed to squeeze an update from my recruiter and he said I'm on the med log and doesn't really have a timeline for me. I've been waiting for probably about 4-5 months since initially giving him all of the medical paperwork.

So what does it mean to be on the med log in the grand scheme of the process and how much longer might I be waiting for the appointment to get medically cleared?
