What does the word courage mean to you?

Showing confidence and poise during challenging circumstances.

The ability to stand in the circumstances with ones physical, mental, and emotional strengths and continue to persevere in order to complete whatever mission you are assigned regardless of the consequences surrounding you and others who are at risk of being oppressed under the possibility of losing your/their life for the betterment of society.

Courage to me means to stand in your truth, and to be of loving support to yourself and others! Spread the love and joy..not the hatred that has surrounded so many!

To me Courage means the willingness to go into the unknown, to face the uncertainty and place trust and direction into yourself. If you have doubt or others doubt you may struggle to find the courage. It's not only from within but from around those who support you and if the support is broken there wont be courage.

Courage means to me that you are willing to step out of your comfort zone and overcame your fears that are holding you back form accomplishing your dreams, desires and goals

To act in a manner to assist someone and step out of comfort zone without matters to what people might think or what consequences it might have.

Courage is doing what is best for your country, family and self even when others put you down for not being the normal wife who stays at home supporting her husband. Courage is understanding that two, standing side by side, is stronger than a dozen nay-sayers.
