What does the word courage mean to you?

Acting selflessly despite fear or in the face of fear

Courage means I understand that I may be injured or killed if I perform the required task, but that it is important to the combat situation or to the lives of my brothers and i will do what is needed for those reasons.

Being able to do something that some wouldn't even do even if fearful. Doing something for others even if it not safe for you. To think of others before yourself

The ability to face any situation fearlessly even if it cost your life.
Never backing down or cowering from any situation

You can not have courage without facing fear. Overcoming that fear (no matter how great it is) and acting within the situation is what separates one from others.

stand up for what is right or believe is right under stressful situations, or even publicly and knowing there could be repercussions. But it's worth that
