Honor is to defend all beliefs, whether it is God, Family, Duty to Country, or Human rights and stand proud of the choice you made

Overcoming the challenge before you whatever the difficulty or odds of success, as you have given your oath, your word, your all.

Honor is a title you receive when you accomplish a duty or job. It is a great accomplishment therefore it is a honor.

What honor means to me is standing up to my responsibly. As a soldier in Iraq, it was my duty to defend our perimeter against enemy combatants until help could arrive. Although I was alone, I stood my ground knowing this was my assignment and intended to do it well.

To hold in high regard and respect, certain people and institutions who have earned such esteem by their legacy actions and commitment to justice and righteousness for all. Most of all, the one true Creator God.

To honor is to humble yourself, taking the lower position in regards to the one you are honoring. To surrender your place for those who are being upheld as an example. To allow for silence in place of a roaring, knowing that in the simple obedience of stillness there is more done to honor than endless accolades.
