To do what is right,to help others that can't. To protect those who can't. You be the best so others can learn what is right not what is wrong with the world.

Honor is a word that carries a lot of weight and significance. Honor is earned through integrity, resilience, leading by example, and respect. Honor takes time to achieve. My experiences have shown and taught me humility and adoration for those that fit into this category. There is a person that I have known all my life, and to have watched this individual overcome so many challenges and adversities, made countless sacrifices for family and others, always put themself last, sharing testimonials with such grace, tranquillity, and a smile, makes me reverent of the individual anytime I am in their presence or think about them. When honor is transparent through word, action, deed, and thought of an individual, it is powerful and will impact your life by etching the individual's attributes and character upon your heart, mind, body and soul.

The state of being morally upright, honest, noble, and forthcoming. Always telling the truth even though it might make you look bad. And to honor someone else in my opinion is the greatest thing you can bestow on someone.

Honor is respecting others, placing them before yourself and not thinking lowly of them. We honor people because: Every person is created in the image of God, and Every person has gifts, talents given to them by God. So, we honor the person themselves and the unique gifts, talents, and abilities given to them by God.

Honor to me is first the Lord our God. Honor your mother and father. Honor your country through service and respect. Honor all who served bravely and proudly for this great nation the USA. Honor also means that we all be law abiding and responsible for our actions. In honor there is humility, unity, and a true appreciation for mankind and a grateful nation for those who strive for peace, love, and respect. Then and only then do we have honor.

Honor is something ingrained in a individual from there parents from birth. When a individual enters society that honor evolves into loyalty and morality which culminates into a personality for life

Honor means the same thing as integrity. It is about doing the right thing, even when no one is around.

In the USMC Honor This is the bedrock of our character. It is the quality that empowers Marines to exemplify the ultimate in ethical and moral behavior: to never lie, cheat, or steal; to abide by an uncompromising code of integrity; to respect human dignity; and to have respect and concern for each other. It represents the maturity, dedication, trust, and dependability that commit Marines to act responsibly, be accountable for their actions, fulfill their obligations, and hold others accountable for their actions.
