What does the word honor mean to you?

The word honor, to me, means doing something to the utmost of your ability with the highest degree of integrity you can.

The word Honor is a very meaningful word for me that can be described in different ways. Generally, I was honored to serve my country. But more specifically, the honor I felt on two specific occasions are profoundly more meaningful. First: when I had the opportunity to shake the hand of King Olav of Norway during my final tour with the USAF at NATO Kolsaas. Second: the day that I swore in as a Peace Corps Volunteer was the day that I felt the most profound honor in my life.

One self respect and able to show enough pride to service there country and able to adjust to differant life adjustment

Trustworthy. Say what you mean. Mean what you say. You are only as good as your word.

Holding my head up high in and around in everything I do. My life is short to do any thing that would make impossible

Honor to me means, doing the right thing even when nobody is watching and for the right reasons

Doing and living my life with honor, honesty, considerations for myself and the world around me.

One’s altruistic action for or towards someone or a commitment.

Respect earned through one's action

Being appreciated for all you have done and earning respect.
