What does the word integrity mean to you?

Integrity is who you are, and how you behave, even when, or should I say, especially when no one else is watching.

Integrity, to me, is doing the right thing, even when no one is looking or will ever know whether you did right or not. Do the right thing, always.

Doing the right thing no matter how hard and no matter who is looking or not.

Being honest with everyone and yourself even when you might suffer from it and living up to your own morals and ideals

Integrity in it's simplest form is doing the right thing even when no one is watching. It is also so much more. It is how you conduct yourself daily in all interactions. It's being truthful and honorable with your word. It means to hold yourself accountable at a high standard that is above reproach. Leading by example and putting your most honest self forward even when the world pushes you not to. It takes a large amount of vulnerability to have integrity in today's world because those who are often the most honest are often under attack and criticized most.

Integrity is similar to honor, in that it dictates that i will act ethically at the right time for the right reason, for the greater good of those I serve.

Doing the right thing, even when no one is looking. This was drilled into my head early on and I still apply it in my career today. I know it has saved my ass a few times.
