What does the word integrity mean to you?

Integrity is being honest in word and deed. For instance, If you are out in the country and come to a Red Light, you stop. If no one is coming from anywhere and you are all alone on the road, you wait until the light changes to green. This is Integrity of Deed. Staying true to your word is doing the things you say you will do and NEVER telling a lie. Often, the Military takes away many of your rights. However, Integrity is the onnly right that you actually GIVE AWAY!

Someone that is honest, trustworthy, loyal, incorruptible and with a moral compass.

Integrity is being sincere, honest, authentic, trustworthy; helping others with kindness and not taking advantage of them.

Say what you mean and mean what you say.

Integrity is that inner compass that is always directing you to do the right thing no matter the situation or who is watching you or may find out.

Doing the Good thing and whats Right even if someone is watching or not mainly Anything Right you dont have to hide

The standard answer is "doing what's right when no one is around." I believe that it is even more difficult to do the right thing when people are watching; when peers that one works with, that may do the wrong thing due to always doing it that way, and failing to change with the times... Doing whats right even with peers say to hide something or bend the rules. While doing what is right when no one is around is a definition of integrity, doing what is right even when people are watching is just as important.

Integrity is doing what's right no matter who is watching, regardless of the circumstances!

Doing what is right, fair, and just; even if your decision will not be popular with others.

Integrity is when a person does exactly what they tell you they will do. It is being true to oneself by always being honest with everyone and keeping their word. When one knows a person of integrity, they know where that person stands on a matter because that person is always honest, true, and straightforward in everything they do.
