To me valor is having the courage to face things that are completely out of your control for a reason you deeply believe in for the sake of people you have never met with no regard for your own safety. My cousin Kipp showed great valor when his convoy was hit by an IED and although he was severely burned he helped pull his fellow soldiers and civilians to safety.

Valor: Means Courage, to stand strong in the face of danger, no matter how out numbered you may be, that includes in everyday life. No matter the prognoses don't lose faith.

Valor is bravery in the face of nearly insurmountable odds and obstacles, and in the face of certain danger to oneself.

The word VALOR to me means having the courage and bravery to do ones job fully and to the best of ones abilities. also being strong and brave in every duty that you take on to perform for ones self, a friend or the military branch of service to which one is assigned or the civilian job that one has.
