What does the word valor mean to you?

Volunteering to serve to honor parents who survived Naxi Germany and paying back the USA for saving an entire family.

Valor to me means facing a dangerous situation with dignity, honor, and an unrelenting desire to overcome that dangerous situation without regard to your own personal safety.

to me, valor means boldness and courage in the face of adversity. This could be a physical battle or a mental battle. As a veteran, I find it easy to face the physical battles. It is the ones inside that truly scare me sometimes, such as PTSD. It also takes courage to reach out for help. We must stand strong and face all that life throws at us.

The true definition of Valor is YOU. Which requires great courage in the face of danger, especially in battle. This is a noun. Which encompasses people,places, and things. In america right now we see men,women, and some children displaying this in the face of adversity from the city to the country. This shit s what Valor means to me (YOU) brothers and sisters.

Honest, Upstanding, Does what is correct by all. Respectful.

valor is undeniable courage and selfless sacrifice in the face of our enemies.......and it's a trait not known to many.......and it's valor that has kept our great nation intact for these many years. May the women and men who have served with valor be provided a special place at the hand of God.

What it takes to serve your country

Valor is Heart and soul! When everything tells you, you are spent, done, down for the count. It’s when you dig deep, and keep going beyond your capabilities, until there’s nothing left.
