What electives did you take in ILE?

If you've already received your next assignment, you can look for those electives that will support your next job. My intel classmate for example took many "red team" classes in order to prepare himself. The 3H Joint Planner is a good choice IMO, as it give a good strategic planning base, plus is useful should you be competing for a joint billet. Final piece would involve some self-reflection. Where do you feel your capability gaps are as a leader? For example, if you are largely unfamiliar with logistics, the "Log for XOs" course, ( don't know the official title) would give you a broadened knowledge base which could serve you well later on.

My recommendations for electives is the same, even for Command and General Staff College, what is of most interest to you Sir.
