What fraud waste and abuse have you seen that bothered you the most?

Huge new multimillion dollar buildings that we built in Afghanistan then that same year we left and now no one is using them. That's allot of money that could've been used for training and new equipment for guys on the ground.

my last assignment....well, in multiple cases...one was a deployment, you get there and there is no real work in your office.
one was my last duty station, a bunch of fellow Majors with no job and a bunch of well paid civilians, GS-11 and above with no real job either.

Constant changes in uniforms (the crap ton of money spent to "study" what people think of possible changes). Government contracted employees to do jobs that us servicemen are trained to do (deployment setting is the worst).
