What happens if you get injured before you PCS? Will they still make you PCS?

Yes and no. Depends on the injury. Your temporary profile won’t stop you from going to Korea. However, if you are legit hurt and need surgery or recovery recommended by a surgeon or other health care provider, you won’t PCS until you’re medically qualified.
It is not a simple yes or no. It comes down to circumstances and commanders recommendations

I PCS'd with stress fractures in both legs and then a year later PCS'd with a broken hand. It's going to depend how bad the injury is and how far in you are with your recovery.

That isn’t necessarily true, depends on the injury, if it requires surgery, recovery time from the surgery, your PCM’s recommendations, etc! Lots of factors come into play not just having a 3 in PULHES! Remember temporary injuries don’t require permanent PULHES changes but may require surgery which will cause your orders to be deleted!

Depends on the injury and what your MRC/PULHES code changes to. If it’s one of those injuries that make you non deployable or requires surgery, you won’t be able to PCS without medical clearance. At the point, you would either need to defer your orders to a date where you would possibly be healed from said injury and medically cleared to PCS or you might possibly lose those current PCS orders and get put on orders to go elsewhere.
