What happens next for my situation?

For a year I couldn't find/afford childcare so I couldn't
show up to drill. I was told that if I couldn't figure it out
and show up I'd eventually be separated from the
reserves. I thought I wasn't in anymore . I realized that I
was still getting letters from the army but it was being
sent to my old address.I called my unit and was trying
to get information about what was going on and was
received a text from my 1SGT and was told I could
come to drill. I recently became in the position where I
can afford childcare and have family who can help. I
showed up to drill last month and was told they didn't
know how far my paperwork had been pushed to
separate me but they were doing all they could to stop
it. I just got off the phone with my st who said I'm
technically not in the reserves anymore but to still show
up for drill because they will be batting for me when we
all sit down to talk with st major about what could be
done or what needs to be done to stop paper work on
me or maybe knock my OTH level down from 4 to 3 if it
is at that, he hadn't seen any papers so he's not for
sure. The information he gave me was based on his
own research of the possibilities of what could happen
next for me. He really wasn't sure. I've always
absolutely loved the army and I still want to be in it. I've
been working my ass off getting in shape and ready for
the ACFT, i more than anything want to prove myself
Does anyone have any idea what could happen or could
be done? Is it a wait and see at this point ? Thank you.
