What has your experience been while serving in the 2-156 IN? Would you recommend it to others?

I'm currently interested in joining the Louisiana Army National Guard and would like to hear input from current and former 2nd Battalion service members. What positive and negative experiences have you encountered, and would you recommend this unit to someone with prior military service looking for a switch into Infantry part time service?
