Attached is a proposal along with a references page for the Navy about a patented, low-impact, resistance based training tool called the Xcellerator.

Also attached are my own Navy semi-annual fitness results. In five (5) months, I was able to drop my mile and a half time from 10:27s to 9:25s. That is an average of 12.4 seconds per month using the tool.

It's being reviewed by the Director of the Navy Physical Readiness Program and his team; as directed by the Chief of Naval Personnel.

Absolutely, if that were possible it would be pretty amazing! Nice to see someone trying to benefit both the troops and the service. Thanks for sharing and keep the RP community posted!
