I recently reclassed from mechanic to 68V and I start AIT on October 5th. I was just wondering what this course is like, from daily life to work load. Is there anything I should do in the next month to prepare? I’m kind of stressing because I heard this is a very difficult course. Any information or insight is greatly appreciated.

1SG calls fall in at 0450 M-F. The attrition rate isn’t terrible, but only because the prerequisites are more than most MOSs. Be very intentional with how you spend your time.

I have the same question actually. I'm in the final processes of re-classing to 68V and from the way it's looking, it's a high likelihood that I'll be allowed to reclass. School starts in late May or early June; what should I start looking at to prepare over the next several weeks?
