I am getting out active duty and not sure should I go into the reserve or just ETS. Does anyone know which MOS that have a high reclass bonus. I know things change and the requirements for that mos.

The highest bonus in the RC usually involves staying in your current MOS. That also depends on which component, where you live, and which unit you join.
But, either way, this is a conversation for you to have with your Reserve Component Career Counselor on your post, not people on here who don't have the latest policy messages in front of them.

SSG (Join to see) yes they can't pull you onto their system until you are 180 days out from ETS (not from transition).

SFC (Join to see) I called them just to get some information but all they told me was that they can’t give me options or do anything with me until I’m 180 from ETS, I was baffled Bc how does that allow me to plan a smooth transition out. But I’m close to that now. So just a waiting game

Look, they change almost monthly- The only one who keeps up to date on then is the Recruiters. 2. If you don't have 8 yrs in, then you're only choice is the IRR or enlisting into the USAR. Keep in mind, 80% of the Army's logistical tail in USAR. They are called up and deployed a lot, depending on the unit and MOS.

I’d look for something close to where you’re moving, rather than a bonus. Driving 4 hours to drill once a month isn’t work 10k for 6 years.
