There's https://www.extremesandbox.com/ (unless if you're a heavy equipment operator) I haven't done it yet but if you have children they must be at least 14 years of age to do it. It is supposed to be a lot of fun...of course we have access to some pretty neat equipment in the military so that might not be the thing...

Punch Neapolitan Pizza is something else to try, it is very tasty.

If you aren't originally from a major city, or have one nearby try and go to at least one sporting event. Twins or Wild are my recommendations. Be on the lookout for different bands performing in the Twin Cities, it's a regular stop for major bands. WWE swings through every 4-6 months it seems...

I have not heard of this Extreme Sandbox, sounds like a great team building event! Thanks for sharing.

Lots of other good responses on this post but if you enjoy craft beers there are lots of brewers in MN. Schells in New Ulm is the second oldest brewer in the US. Minneapolis is home to: Dangerous Man, Day Block, Fulton, Indeed, Rock Bottom & Surly. In St. Paul there is Summit and across the river in Wisconsin there is Leinenkugel.

If you have kids there is the Science Museum, Minnesota Zoo and Como Park (an awesome free zoo). Sealife Aquarium and Nickelodeon Park at the Mall of America are fun too. Usually you can get good discounts from other local retailers and with military ID.
