What is AGR like for single soldiers?

I was reserved prior to joining active and In terms of living active is better cause it have me a place to live and meals. I have 2 more years before my ets and part of me wants to join agr but i dont know how it treats single soldiers like me. If i were to join agr is that something to do when your married or is there the means to provide housing?
