What is bad about using Vetsunited for a Va loans process?

I would only use the bank/loan servicer that is offering the best interest rate with no points or additional fees.

I personally won't ever do business with Vets United again. They promise "pre-approvals" without even having any of your information and realtors know it's not a real pre-approval so they reject your offers. I found a lender who is part of a program called Homes for Heros, got a new realtor and closed on the next house we made an offer for. This was after putting in multiple offers on multiple houses with a realtor who didn't help us with anything. Check out the Homes for Heros program and look for a lender/realtor that is part of the program. You get great kick backs as a veteran.
