What is better than an aluminum box clipboard for carrying paperwork? What do you use for carrying counselings, training outlines, etc.?

I carry a zippered binder from militaryluggagecompany.com
for on the go. In garrison I have two standard binders with one for soldier info and copies of all their documents from myself as well as one with master copies of counselings etc and section inventory. I hate paperwork with a passion, but it is a necessary evil.

I usually just carried a few freezer ziplock bags in my bag or pocket. All purpose, keeps everything dry and easy to pack. Actually I even kept my green book in a freezer ziplock in the field and I never had any issues.

I think the key is to keep it as simple as possible. My buddies who smoked would buy the cheap little travel soap dish at the gas station on post and that is what they would put their pack of smokes in. Always stayed dry and never had an issue.

I do that with my demo cards, etc. Reading through the comments in this thread, I think the best solution is to find a way to reduce the amount of paperwork I carry

I carried that small green note book everywhere. It had everything on my squad and even held notes lol. Kiss it
