What is it like being a SWCC in the Navy? Any former/current SWCC's with advice or details?

I am very interested in being a SWCC in the Navy and I am curious what former SWCC members have to say about the rate as I can't find too much information on it beyond some videos, I scored a 53 on the ASVAB, and I am not overweight, I also run and exercise daily.
So, general details/advice? I am seeking a career in the SF area because of the intensity and the opportunities to directly assist SEALs
