Will I have a lot of opportunities to attend the schools they offer like air assault and mountaineer? Will I have ample time to finish my college degree?

After 4.5 years in the conventional side of the army I only had 3 schools that I had attended. Once I moved over to being a 37F now at almost almost 9 years as a 37F the amount of schools I have gone to needs a continuation sheet. Also once you complete the qualification course you will be eligible for the ARSOF college partnerships that are out there which will get you your degree at an accelerated rate.

If you are ahead of your peers there will be lots of opportunities for advanced training If you're just average there will be fewer.

As for college, like everyone else, there will he assignments where you have plenty of time for college and assignments where you have none. Over the course of a 20 year career it's reasonable to expect to walk away with a masters degree. If your primary goal is to go to college I suggest a reserve component until you graduate

Like any other MOS, you ought to focus on mastering your trade.

As as PSYOP Specialist, your primary job is to do research in preparation to whatever your mission is and develop required products; quite a bits. When it come to training... in the active duty side of the house you will definitely go to parachute school and partake in plenty of jumps during your career. Ranger school... when I left the PSYOP group, there slots available; air assault/pathfinder... every now and then. Most important: college!!!! Highly encouraged!!!!!!!!! That you do my our own but like many before you, possible! Even master degrees.
