What is the 17E MOS? Is this MOS a mixture of 17C and 25D?

17E I just noticed this MOS on the reclassification list and it deals with cyber warfare both in cyberspace and with electromagnets. By any chance is this a mixture of 17C and 25D or a hybrid of some sort of Cyber? it was not there last time I checked and it sounds interesting?

Electronic Warfare essentially deals with the wireless portion of cyberspace, while 17C deals with the wired part. 17C = computers, 17E = radio waves (the electromagnetic spectrum, not really electromagnets - though most emitters likely have an electromagnet...)
The new lower level 17Es are essentially "electronic scouts" in that they operate ahead of the Forward Line Of Troops conducting reconnaissance. Direction finding, jamming, etc.
Picture a mix of a Cavalry Scout and Signals Intelligence (Title X not L).
