SPC (Join to see) ARNG Enlistment bonuses and their delayin payment is a frequent subject on Rallypoint. Try tagging your discussion with Enlistment Bonus. It's for understrength or under accessed MOSs. You become MOSQ in that MOS and hold up your end of the contract, you get the bonus. It is taxed.
