Bob Bobby it's an awesome MOS. I'm biased cause that's my MOS, but it is what it is. Feel free to message me and I can give you a more detailed breakdown of what you would do in this MOS.

Hello Sergeant I’m also reclassing to this MOS next month and would like to know more. Do you mind if message you with questions concerning the job?

It won't let me message you, so how are the hours like? What was AIT like? And what kind of math should I study?

Bob Bobby I just finished my reclass school it’s a bit different on my end since I did in the Reserves side. Since you’ll be going to the Schoolhouse for AIT I can tell you that the math involved in the course isn’t too bad. Pay extra attention to detail and take copious notes. You’ll done fine.

Having just recently finished AIT, I can state this:
Be familiar with basic addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. No other math skills will be primarily of use except for those four operations.
With that being said, much of AIT is going to be based of vocab proficiency. Make sure you match one to the other.
Be organized in your paperwork and write very neatly - you will be dealing with lots of numbers and papers - so build a system to manage them, especially during exams.
Take your time during tests, as there's no advantage in finishing early. I can't count on my fingers the number if soldiers who out of arrogance finished the exam w/ one hour remaining and ended up failing the exam.
All the best!

Thank you for sharing! If you don't mind, I would like to chat with you on how your experience within your unit has been so far since the time you've graduated from AIT?

Sgt Bobby, how long was the reclass school? I am trying to reclass to 36B in the reserves as well, so I can plan ahead.
Thanks
