3 of my interpreters and their families/babies in hiding awaiting rescue in Kabul, with chances of rescue dwindling. Let me know your take on best egress options out of the country--Spin Boldak (hear it is now being blocked) in the south, Islamabad/Peshawar, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, other? Advice?

I too have a Nat. and his family in hiding. I fear he won't get out. Don't know myself how to help them. Will.monitor this for answers.

SSG Sather, stay in touch if you can--it means a lot to them. I am trying now to figure out whether to keep them there for government rescue, try for one of the private groups, or have them head for the border. I have a team trying to figure this out--if we go for the border, which border? Spin Boldak would have been good, but looks like it is closed. I will keep you posted as we go. Best of luck to you and your Hero/family.

All land routes are supposedly controlled by the Taliban now, and they're attempting to encircle Panjshir so people can't take refuge with or join the resistance.
