I am trying to apply for an OCS Board at the moment, and I received my graduate degree from King's College London in the UK three years ago. Are there any service members who have had to use NACES to convert their transcripts, and can recommend the best member in terms of price and timing for service members? Everything on my transcript is in English, and I just need to get the actual grades on my courses converted to the American grading rubric.

Check regulations for OCS. Although I have known a small number of personnel who have overseas school degrees, the primary qualifier is a US undergraduate degree. Your Arizona State University education is more important if you are seeking an officer's commission

Well thanks for the advice Sir, but all the Accession NCOs I have worked with, as well as the officers who interviewed me and recommended me at a local board, have said that my UK graduate degree is extremely valuable, and it makes my OCS packet look much better. The only thing that is difficult is that the fees range anywhere between $100-$200 to "translate" my grades into a U.S. degree. The Accession NCOs are even waiting on me to see how I manage with NACES, so that they themselves can make recommendations for applicants in the future. It's unlikely that universities will assist if you aren't signing up for classes with them as well.
