Not a personalized plate, but one I wanted when I was still working as an EMT. Back when the plate stayed with the car in Arizona, I followed a car, to offer to buy it, with the plate, 918-EMT. The driver exited the car with a gun in one hand and her badge in the other. When I explained why I followed her into the 7-11 parking lot, she laughed, and told me I couldn't have it, since she was also an EMT, and ran volunteer ambulance off duty.

Before my father died, we were going to get matching plates. I got mine on my last car, he didn't get a chance to get his. We were both Sergeants. Mine was E5SON. His was supposed to be E5DAD. Both AZ veterans plates.
One of these days, I'll get off my lazy butt and take pictures of them

My brother was issued an Ohio tag once that read LCK 777. My favorite local WV tag reads LOST TAG.

I have seen so many over the years, but have never remembered any. Some are cool, for aviation, service or even auto. Looking at this question, I wish I did remember the better ones.

I've seen a couple of sports cars rolling around KY with the license plates "88B8888" or "8888B88" or "BBB8BBB" or "BB8BBBB" or some combination of it. On a plate it's dang near impossible to get a good read on it...I chuckle when I see them driving by.

I've seen similar plates with some combination of O's and zero's and maybe Q's. Who knows, it was impossible to read.
