I'm looking through The Army Body Composition Program AR 600–9 dated 28 June 2013. On page 23 (see image attached), if a Soldier is taped with a circumference value of 19.5 and has a height of 75.5", per the regulation that Soldier has a 1% body fat! I understand that either way the Soldier passes H/W. I thought this was pretty funny. It's probably a typo.

Looks like they left the "6" off for "16". I'd still take that number at my age!
