our active duty service members are posting their ribbons, first duty station, pictures of their motorcycles and what celebrity they look like?

The bottom line is they're doing the exact same thing we are:
At work:
Us -- Planning for war with them
Them -- Planning for war with us
Off work:
Us -- Doing what we enjoy (playing video games, posting to social media, hiking, camping, or whatever else it is one likes to do when living in a free society).
Them -- Doing what they enjoy (oppressing others into conformity).

Yes sir but they spend lots of time with goats in their free time. I don't do that.

I think they are too busy killing another. I think my RallyPoint account or Facebook are the least of their worries.

Whatever it is, it probably wouldn't help them in a toe-to-toe engagement with the boys posting pictures of their lunch on FB.

Excellent question SrA Jay Strauser --- particularly in light of today's news concerning beefed up security at military installations.

I was just thinking about this because the Commander In Chief arrived in the city I work in yesterday. When I was active duty I never had time to do much except work. Thank God there was no internet to speak of then.

SrA Jay Strauser, that must have sucked! I'm sorry that you didn't have time for anything except work as an E-4 in the Air Force. Being in the Army is different. When we're not deployed, we have time to work, do lots of PT, drink, and broaden our minds. However, when we are deployed, it's 12-hour days for 7 days per week for months on end.

SrA Jay Strauser, looking at your profile I see that I served before, during, and after you did. I was infantry and we were often in the field or working long hours in garrison. I still found time for recreation. What exactly did your schedule look like that kept an Air Force E-3 so busy?
This is my last post on RP. From now on whenever I have a free moment I'm going to bury my face in a TM or FM. If I don't then the terrorist win.

So with the Internet and social media being the "norm" anymore so begs the question....
Does ISIS and all the other terrorist organizations have anything like RP???

Oh so begs the question....does a 2LT terrorist salute a 1LT terrorist? CPT (Join to see)
Seriously though are they plotting and scheming? Probably so. Does it concern me? Yes somewhat. But I know my family will be safe to the best of my ability. I'm not going to let their "fear mongering" affect my life.
