What is the fastest ranking up you have seen someone attain?

Just curious what is the fastest you have seen someone rank up? When I was in San Diego, I was told my ITC was the 2nd fastest ranking person in the Navy. It's been a few years but I believe he had made Chief in 6 years. I personally made E5 at my 3 year mark - and came in as an E1, missed E5 my first time up by 4 points.

Then while at my duty station I found a security breach in the Nike system that our civilian engineer couldn't find and I was put in for E6 just a year in. My CO denied it said I didn't have enough time in...go figure. lol

I made E-5 in 20 1/2 months. But it was a different time and place. Over 50 yrs ago.
