What is the first thought you have when hearing General Mattis will be our new SecDef?

First thought: Sounds about right.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic because you doubt his ability to affect positive changes as SECDEF or because you really are loosing some sleep because you're looking forward to having him as the new SECDEF. Could you explain further just for my better understanding?
