Can someone who has taken the ISST exam explain the content of the exam to me? I hear the exam is mostly personality based with some basic IT questions from some then hear the actual mix is almost 50% IT questions from others. Which is correct?

Much more basic. The ISST is the screening exam that is used to select the 25D population.
