I am looking into dropping a packet to reclass...But I am unsure if it would be pointless to due to the fact I need to hold a TS. Will I be accepted if I have a Felony B & E in 2005?

Sorry, you will have a rough time getting a TS with this. That being said, you might still have a chance in that it was over ten years ago and (assuming) not while you were in the Army. Talk with a CI field office and ask them and they will know the latest. However, I would not get your hopes up.

A breaking and entering charge or a conviction?

Edit: I went back and adjusted your question title for better clarity on "charge" versus "conviction".

I got charged with F-3 B&E, 5 years probation. Sentence was terminated after 2 years due fines and restitutions paid in full and due to good standings with my P.O.

SGT (Join to see) - That is a conviction, with your punishment being reduced along the way. I would say your chances are nil.

SGT Cornelius, I doubt you'd be able to obtain the TS clearance needed with that conviction on your record. I thought the suggestion of contacting your local CI Field Office and talking to them was a good one, though. They'd be able to give you the most up-to-date information.
