What is the military weapon or system you miss using the most?

I really miss the 199er howitzer, it was so much fun to shoot.

I miss the .50 caliber machine gun of my OH-58D the most!

My 9mm pistol. Easy to shot, clean, and carry. I also liked the the fact that I could always depend on my team to have my back the way I had theirs.

I miss using the battle buddy system the most. Its not technically a system as in a computer system for the military but when your deployed its a system where you constanly have support. You have another member of your team that you can connnect with an talk to. When you get home everyone branches out and you lose the battle buddy system and it makes life harder. You get thrown into the real world where you have to deal with real life drama, bills, society and everyday people. You dont have your battle anymore to turn to and talk about the hardships of what your going through like you did and life seems so much harder. During deployment all you have to worry about is getting shot at, doing your job, and the auto payments that come out of your accountant that pay your bills.

I miss the regulations, tbh. You knew what was expected of you at all times. There was a uniformity to all decisions. People were held accountable.
