I just finished my phase 2 physical in my 5-17 discharge from the military. I read a note in the back of my copy from my phase 2 results. There was a note from the person in charge of approving the discharge that read: Speak with AHLTA for further discussion, clear to separate. So what is my next step after my phase 2 physical?

Your physical has nothing to do with your discharge. The note to speak to the AHLTA manager is just telling you to make sure you get copies of all your electronic medical records

AHLTA is merely the database system used by providers for notes, annotations, etc. It is the electronic medical records database, basically. After a Phase 2 physical, all that should be left on your part is to wait for discharge orders. But, get with your Commander as they have a Check List to follow for these kinds of Chapters. Also, I have changed your tags because the C/TSgt, SP6, 1AF Det1, and CWO2 have nothing to do with your question.
