What is the optempo like at Fort Knox for an 88M SGT?

Does anybody have RECENT personal experience at Fort Knox as an 88M Sgt? Is it crazy fast like the 101st or 82nd where troops are out in the field or going to JRTC and NTC 2-3 times a year? Looking to PCS and I’m thinking about trying one of those duty stations that people don’t really think of. Maybe off the beaten path to maybe unwind after a crazy high Op Tempo unit. Thanks, y’all.
