What is the process and best way to Transfer from EN to MI as a Reserve officer?

I recently just made the PBL for CPT but have not yet gone to CCC. The EN branch has been a great experience but i think the MI branch would benefit my military and civilian career more. I am lost though about how to do the transfer process or who i need to talk to.
