What is the process for a SFC that is indefinite to ETS?

When you're on an indefinite contract it's the same as officers. You request a separation date through HRC and choose your ETS. It's in AR 635-200

SFC Melvin Brandenburg SSG or higher with 12 years active feeder service or more on the day you reenlist
