As stated elsewhere. The Reserves and Guard don't have Green to Gold. That is an Active Duty program. You can either do ROTC or OCS. That are pretty much your only options. I went to a National Guard OCS. I just put in a packet and went. It wasn't hard. I was a prior SSG so I didn't a lot of trouble.

I don't know about green to gold, but I am putting an Ocs packet together now so I have a decent understanding of that commissioning route. It's alot of documents and requirements.. It's based on availabilities in surrounding units... But there are ways around it. I'll get into more detail in the email

Career counselor has the best advice! Direct commission packets are done! They'll have a board on that! If you already have your degree! It is a process though!
