What is the process now for prior service since they already stopped doing PSBCT?

I know as of 2018 the Army initiated PSBCT at Ft Leonard Wood, but as of recent I had heard it only lasted a few months almost a year then they cut it out. What’s the process as of now for prior service?

I recently came back in with a 3.5 year break in service. I had to go through the full 10 weeks BCT then AIT at FT. Leonard Wood.

Were you able to pick your MOS as a PS IAW prior service business rules, or was it needs of the Army?

Based off the business rules and what slots were available. At the time of enlistment, I only had 11x and 88m available.
