I am a 92G ( food specialist ) and I enlisted in 2016 i done basic and AIT i just got transfer to a new unit in North Carolina. After some time i was think of going active. Also possibly changing my MOS, I currently have a permanent profile ( not sure if that would disqualify me to transition) im not sure of the process. Also if all goes well woukd i be relocated?

SPC (Join to see) seen several of these threads on here. You'll need to work with a recruiter. At some point, they'll be a DD368 for a conditional release from the reserve component to the active duty component. As Sgt (Join to see) mentioned, you may want to see the threads on transitioning to active duty.

Your permanent profile won't prohibit you from going active. If it was a non deployable profile you would have been separated from the Guard.
If you go active you'll get what the Army needs at that time. Asking what options you'll get is like asking someone what vehicles a used car dealership will have next month. It's just supply and demand.

SPC (Join to see) Enter "National Guard to Active Duty" in the Search bar above, hit enter, and then click on "Answers." You will find other Posts that address your question. Below is a Post that addresses a Permanent Profile. SFC Jason Boyd will be able to answer the Permanent Profile question here on RallyPoint.
