What is the regulation for wearing the Fleece with OCP?

i imagine it should readily available outside the land of quartermaster sometime around 2035 to 2037. I mean, don't want the office jockey to get cold walking from their car to their office. Oh, and yes, available at Fort Lee but absolutely unequivocally unavailable on line through aafes. I mean, really, should Soldiers be able to actually buy the items so far away from the QM shrine?

As a fellow QM and now Log-O it embarrasses me to no end to see the broken online clothing sales system and disconnected from the Troops AAFES system. Not to go off on a tangent, but don't hold your breath on buying the item from an "approved" site. Aafes will make a ton o cash on the second hand market first then get around to amply supplying the field similar to the IPFU. Until then, if you see one in your local PX, especially Guard and Reserves, prepare yourselves for seeing a nirvana of selection all limited to XXSS to ShortLong. Sorry Joe, its a true embarrassment to me and i'd fix it if i could. Been vulturing AAFES at Offutt AFB for the past 3 months and the shelves are stacked. Stacked with XXS-short through S-Long with a spattering of M-short coming in from time to time. Try to talk to an employee and they'll tell you to check back in a week. Now, I've only checked 10 or 11 times the past 3 months so I'm sure it's me.....
