My own memory of waiting in line to get something to eat.   We were in our columns and pretty soon after the MTIs went inside two airman were clapping hands and switching places.   They were not caught lucky for them.

Another time I was doing guard work late at night in the barracks and we had  "Francis Morrow from Rochester, NY."    During Airman Morrow's shift the downstairs MTIs called up.  When he answered in his slow drawl (I guess) that the TIs were laughing and laughing.   They kept asking his name and where he was from.      Fran-ci Mor-row from Ro ches ter,  New -- York.

I know mine was when we kidnapped the phase banner of our rival platoon and placed it in the middle of the field across from our drill pad.
