Black ice monster energy
P178hpnlsdplq135914h31npe1p8c6 l 655x435
I just found my new favorite drink today. Monster Black Ice has took the place of Monster White. I know that are not healthy for you but I don't care. If you try to tell me anything different it will fall on deaf ears, just an FYI.

What is your favorite drink? What did you drink while you were deployed?

*Besides that my adult drink of choice is Maker's Mark.

I drink Water and Gatorade throughout the day.

With dinner I usually have fruit punch or some other type of juice.

When it is colder I drink Tea or Hot Chocolate.

I have pretty much removed alcohol from my life except some wine with the wife every now and then.

Coke or Dr. Pepper, must be cherry.
Jameson, Killians Irish Red, that Ranger beer by Iron Maiden (will provide pic proof), and Vodka is Stoli

My favorite beer is Yuengling. I like single malt scotch that's aged at least 12 years. My favorite non-alcoholic drink is the trusty ole Arnold Palmer. Can't go wrong with this lineup.

1st LT Kory Whitmore - only bad thing about Yuengling is it's from Washington, D.C.. But it is good beer.

Cpl Brett Wagner The can actually says it's brewed in Pottsville, PA. There's actually a really cool story behind the company.

I have no doubt your are right on where it is brewed. Like others things in D.C. they are taking credit for something they had nothing to do with. lol

Tim Horton's coffee, Vernors ginger ale and for alchohol... probably Sailor Jerry, although Taka Maka out of Seychelles is ridiculously smooth rum as well, just hard to find here state side!

LT Marshall Fugate - If you ever get the chance to try Zaya rum that was my favorite during my rum drinking days. Very smooth not to be mixed. http://www.rumratings.com/brands/1030-zaya-gran-reserva-rum

For the morning: Fresh ground Kenyan coffee, from either an espresso machine or a French Press - yeah - I'm a coffee snob (one of five things I'm a snob about).

For the evening: Either a good beer (Ranger [by New Belgium - same people that make Fat Tire], Fat Tire, Killians, Negro Modello, Sam Adams (if that's all I can find), and Guiness), or good Scotch or Irish Whiskey (Red Breast or Glenfiddich) - IF I decide to have something alcohol related. I also like Greek Uzo, Korean Soju, Japanese Saki (the real stuff - served ice cold - not the cheap crap - which is always served hot and what most people don't realize is crap). So my tastes are quite varied, but you could say, I'm a snob about my alcohol too (the second of the five things I'm a snob about)...

SFC Mark Wayman - I have had cold & hot saki never liked it hot. I was told the stuff served cold is "dirty saki" because it is not filtered after distilling which is also why it is cloudy. Don't know if that is correct. I don't think your being a snob at all sounds to me like you'll drink anything. :-) In my book there's nothing wrong with that.

SrA Zachary Wolf - I'm going have to get a bottle of that Devil Dog beer just because I'm a dumb old jarhead & I will buy anything that remotely has anything to do with the Marine Corps. I have always said if you could shape dog poop into the Eagle Globe & Anchor then varnish it Marines will buy it.

SPC Eric Lopez - Obviously you have excellent taste. Blanton's is my favorite bourbon. I recently went to buy some & reached for the 750ml but I noticed if I bought two 375ml it was cheaper why I don't know but I bought two of the 375ml. Crazy huh?

Coffee would be Gevalia, soda is Surge (Yes surge exists again! But you have to buy it off of amazon.com), scotch? Macallan 25yr or older, don't like bourbon/whiskey too much but I'll drink JB. I'm more of a beer (IPA's are good to my tastes) or rum/vodka type guy.

Sgt Jonathan Hopkins - Brother if you have the scratch for MacAllan 25yr I wanna drink with you. I've had it once at a party even my wife liked it. The next day she told me to go get a bottle for myself. When I came home without it she asked why. I told her $600 that was 2006 now I see it's up around $800-$900 a bottle. Buying it is better than buying stocks. Let me know the next time you're opening a bottle I'll bring the glasses. lol

Right on. It was a night though! Me and three civ buddies went in on it because of the price! Not cheap lol. We were on my front porch on a summer dusk with cigars, crystal glasses and an ice cube for the scotch. One glass of that and life was just good. All the bullshit didn't exist, nice relaxed feeling, didn't even feel like being drunk. Different experience. Strong stuff though. Could only sip it. Even smelling it sent a buzz through you.
