Omelet by far the worst. Doesn't matter how much hot sauce you pour in there. Beef stew with some jalepeno cheese and to tobassco sauce is by far my favorite.

Most hated: toss up between corn beef hash and green eggs and ham. Most liked: Spaghetti and meat sauce, has to be super hot with the wheat snack bread.

my favorite is the Spaghetti with the jalapeno cheese. least favorite is the eggs.

I would have to agree that the omelet is something to never be grabbed, unless it's your only option. Most MREs with any sort of "meat" weren't far behind the omelet.
I quickly learned in basic that any vegetarian MREs were a safe bet--even the veggie burger. Since they contain no meat, it's a guarantee you will be given nuts and pasta to supplement the protein, as well as a pound cake and cranberries. You can't go wrong with pasta and sauce!
