Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me., Psalm 23:4

1SG Cottrell hit my favorite, but here is a good one: Proverbs 25:24.
King James version: It is better to dwell in the corner of the housetop, than with a brawling woman and in a wide house.
New American Standard Bible version: It is better to live in a corner of the roof Than in a house shared with a contentious woman.
New Living Translation version: It's better to live alone in the corner of an attic than with a quarrelsome wife in a lovely home.
Things sure haven't changed much since Solomon's time!

1SG (Join to see):
One of my favorite Bible quotes is the following: "For the Lord comforts His people....and, He will have compassion on His afflicted ones."
I also Love the following scripture: "My confidence will cometh from the Lord. He will not let my foot be caught."
Hope you and yours are doing exceedingly well, First Sergeant.
And, may God eternally bless you and yours.
-Highly Faithfully,
Margaret

My favorite verse is Romans 5 vs 3-4. 3 Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; 4 perseverance, character; and character, hope.

2 Corinthians 12:19 My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. I have had many illnesses the last fifteen years and I always cling to this verse during my adversity.

Greater love has no man than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends' John 15:13
