The bars on the right sleeve. That is how you know who has done it and who has not.

Once upon a time Sir in the 80s, no one was eligible for the bars on the right. However we Silent Warriors in INSCOM kept that long, silent watch so others could train.....and train.....Sir we were "Live we were not Memorex"

Rams Head Device. Toughest and most rewarding formal school of my 30 year career. Two weeks winter phase, two weeks summer phase. It felt great to pin it on!

I like my DD Form 214 as well. Never paid off until I moved to Nevada. Nevada Honors their collective veterans!

This badge lost its appeal when all the people on the FOB started getting them for being there during a mortar attack.

I don't know if it's an easy badge to get now but it took two years for people in our unit to be awarded the badge but that was back in 2004 and 2005 when we served with the second infantry in Mosul Iraq.
